The Namibia Evaluation Association is the national home for M&E professionals and practitioners β building capacity, setting standards, and championing evidence-informed decision-making across all sectors.
NEA is a membership organisation representing professionals and practitioners in Monitoring and Evaluation in Namibia. We cultivate, promote and sustain the practice and usefulness of M&E to support optimal performance and results across all economic sectors β with particular focus on the public sector.
Drawn directly from our constitution, our work focuses on six pillars:

Formal and informal training, skills exchange and professional development for emerging and seasoned evaluators.
Defining standards and guidelines for evaluation practice to promote professionalism across the sector.
Regional and international exchange with evaluation institutions, supporting global networking for our members.
